The Thalassaemia International Federation is a global medical federation: national patient associations, clinicians, researchers and policy makers, working in more than 68 countries to improve the lives of people with thalassaemia. In the medical world, TIF is not a name you explain. It is a name you answer to.

Much of what this team knows about conferences was learned in TIF's service, and we are grateful for the trust, the standards and the journey. The greater achievement is TIF's own: a federation that has spent decades bringing knowledge, care and a voice to patients and their families across the world. It is an honor to build for it.

Full sponsorship programs for faculty, patients and association representatives: flights, hotels, transfers, visa support, hospitality.

A full regional edition with scientific program and destination management. The model repeats outside the flagship conference.

TIF's first major event in the Americas. New region, new suppliers, new regulations, same standard.
Patients, families, clinicians, researchers and policy makers, brought together by TIF. Some travel across the world with a medical condition, a visa to arrange and a treatment schedule to keep.
A registration form that breaks is not an inconvenience. It is somebody who does not make it to the room.
Candidate countries researched and budgeted with TIF's coordination, flight connectivity checked, every budget finalized for TIF's approval. Then held: registration fees and packages set so the event ends inside its budget.
When it matters, the founder inspects the hotel before the delegates arrive. At the important conferences he is in the venue, not on the phone. His time has never been on an invoice.
Dates moved, venues changed, whole countries switched. The conference still opens on schedule, and it opens full.
Paid or sponsored, we talk to every single attendee. Connections lost at midnight, on a weekend, the day before opening: there is always a solution, and the attendee joins the conference.
Fifteen minutes with the team that delivers it. You will know by the end whether we fit, and so will we.
