Live todayon a real conference you can walk
Built by a team that has delivered conferences since 2009.
Your organization’s home
One address for your organization. And every conference it has ever run.
Your last conference had a website. Where is it now?
Your website
The organization, not just the conference.
Home, About, Sponsors, Become a Sponsor, Exhibition, Contact. And any page you add.
Your event library
Every past event, still live.
Upcoming and past, filtered by year, country and type. Run last year again as this year's start.
Your address
Your name on all of it.
Your domain, your SSL, your branding. Nothing anywhere carries our name. The one exception is On eventblu, which runs on our address by choice.
One address for your organization, your conferences and your history. Not an events page bolted onto a website you rent somewhere else.
Always included
Four things that never change, whatever you run.
They do not move with your headcount, your team size or the level of help you take.
Unlimited adminsRoles you create and name, scoped to the events you choose. No seat fee, ever.
No per delegate feeFifty delegates or fifteen hundred, inside your band the fee is the same.
Every feature, every paid levelAbstracts, hybrid, certificates and sponsors are in the price, not modules you add. Micro events are the one reduced shape.
Your brand and your domainDelegates never see us. On eventblu is the one exception, by choice.
True at Self-managed, at Key Ready and at Full Support, and whether you take a single event or the unlimited license.
What it does
Twelve modules. What each one gets you.
Pick a module. The moment it fixes, how you get there, and every capability inside it.
MODULE 01
Website and event library
Every conference you have ever run is somewhere. A dead link, a PDF, a folder on the laptop that left with the last coordinator.
How you get there
Your organization's pages live on the platform: Home, About, Sponsors, Exhibition, Contact, and any page you add. The website and the events stop being two suppliers.
Every event you publish joins the library, upcoming and past, filtered by year, country and type. Past conferences stay public and keep working.
Delegates keep one account across every edition. Next year you run last year again and edit it.
One home for all of it. Nothing you publish dies.
Your website 6 capabilities
Home, About, Sponsors, Become a Sponsor, Exhibition and Contact
Add any other page you need. There is no list to stay inside
Header and footer menus you control
Terms, Privacy, Cookies and Support, ready on day one
Your logo, favicon, colors, social links and your own tracking scripts
Every page is empty, draft or published, and you decide when
Your event library 6 capabilities
Upcoming and past events, filled in automatically as you publish
Filtered by year, country and event type
Past conferences stay public: your record, browsable, working for you
One delegate account across every edition, login by code, no password
Run last year's event again as this year's starting point
A stats block you set, on the front page of your own history
Your address 5 capabilities
Your own domain and your own SSL
Every event at yourdomain.org, not at ours
Your branding on the portal, the events, the emails and the certificates
Nothing anywhere carries our name
Your delegates never learn we exist, and that is the point
MODULE 02
Registration
Members, students, speakers, a funded delegate, a delegation of twelve. Each pays a different price. Each expects one simple form.
How you get there
You set your categories once, in a library, and price them again per event. Your price list goes in as it is.
Invited and funded routes get a private link, so the public never sees them. An institution registers twelve people in one order and one payment.
People who cannot pay apply for sponsored attendance, and you decide who comes.
Every audience gets its own route through the same checkout.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Registration · Chris places the image
Registration 10 capabilities
A category library, with the price set again per event
Unlimited categories, tiers and packages
Hidden categories reachable only by private link, for invited and funded routes
Group and delegation booking in one order and one payment
Individual and organization accounts, so institutions register as institutions
Your own registration form, field by field, with your confirmation email
Registration numbers issued automatically
The countries allowed to register, set per event
Register yourself, or register other people. No account needed to be registered
Every registration listed, filtered per event, exportable
Sponsored attendance 3 capabilities
People apply to be funded, you approve or reject
Its own form, its own list, its own statuses, never mixed with sponsor inquiries
Decision letters sent from the panel, in bulk
Where it stops. Prices on several independent axes at once, for example age band by profession by country income, are built to your requirement.
MODULE 03
Packages
Every organization wants to sell something the software was never designed to sell. Registration plus three nights plus the dinner, at one price, for one audience only.
How you get there
You compose the package in the panel from any category, hotel, room type and dates. The price calculates as you build it.
You override the base if you want to, and the panel shows the difference, so a discount is never silent.
You publish it, or hide it behind a private link. A sold-out room pauses every package that uses it.
Whatever your organization wants to sell, you build it yourself, in an afternoon.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Package builder · Chris places the image
In the panel 8 capabilities
Compose a package from any enabled category, any hotel, any room type and occupancy, on the dates you fix
The price calculates live, line by line, as you build it
Override the base and the panel shows the difference, so a discount is never silent
Discount, fixed service fee, percentage fee and tax, applied the same way to tickets, rooms and packages
Hidden packages reachable only by private link
Buyers add nights before and after at the rate for those dates
Switch on what this event sells: tickets, rooms, packages, any combination
A sold-out room pauses every package that uses it, automatically
MODULE 04
Accommodation
The rooming list lives in a spreadsheet, the hotel wants it on Friday, and three delegates have already changed their dates.
How you get there
You load the hotels, room types and rates once, with the allotment you contracted.
Delegates book the room in the same checkout as the ticket, with extra nights before and after.
When the block is gone, sales stop. On Friday you export the rooming list.
The room is booked where the ticket is booked.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Accommodation · Chris places the image
In the panel 6 capabilities
Hotels at the venue and hotels on the side, each with its own availability window
Room types, and occupancy variants inside them
A rate per room type, per date, filled from a default and overridden where it differs
Allotments at hotel level and at room level, stopping sales the moment your block is gone
Rooms sold to attendees, with extra nights before and after
A rooming list export with guest, room type, occupancy and dates
MODULE 05
Payments and pricing rules
Your treasurer will ask one question: whose account does the money land in? Your finance team will ask four more: the fee, the discount, the tax, the currency.
How you get there
You sell from day one. Stripe is included and there is nothing to set up. Your own gateway whenever you want it.
You set the fee, the discount, the tax and the currency per event, and the same rules run on tickets, rooms and packages.
Your delegate sees one price. Your finance team sees every line of it, and exports it.
Your gateway. Your fees. Your discounts. Your tax. Your currency.

Stripe included. Your own gateway whenever you want it. Every fee, discount and tax rule yours to set.
MODULE 06
Sponsorship
The sponsor wants a page, and your income still depends on a PDF prospectus and a chase by email.
How you get there
Your sponsor packages sit on a page of your own site, with a Become a Sponsor page that works between conferences, not only in the month before.
Companies inquire through the site. Every inquiry lands in the panel with a status, and your reply goes from there.
The sponsors you sign are placed on the event site. Sponsored attendance stays a separate pipeline, never mixed with this one.
Sponsors come through your own site, all year.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Sponsorship · Chris places the image
In the panel 5 capabilities
Your package page, company inquiries, your reply
A Become a Sponsor page working between conferences, not only during one
Sponsor logos placed on the event site
Inquiries listed with their status, in the panel, not in a mailbox
Switched off per event if you do not run it
MODULE 07
Exhibition
The exhibitor wants to be seen before the conference, during it, and by the delegates who joined online.
How you get there
An Exhibition page on your organization's website carries the exhibitors, all year.
Inside the event, a virtual exhibition puts them in front of every delegate, in the room and online.
You switch it on per event and it sits alongside sponsorship, on the same site.
Exhibitors on your site and in the event, seen by the whole audience.
IMAGE SLOT · virtual exhibition, event page · Chris places the image
In the panel 3 capabilities
An Exhibition page on your organization's website
Virtual exhibitions inside the event
Switched on per event
MODULE 08
Abstracts, review and e-posters
Four hundred emails, one spreadsheet, and a review committee that never sees the same version twice.
How you get there
Authors submit on your form, in your dates, and get a reference number. Reviewers score inside the platform, blind, against your criteria.
You decide in bulk and the letters go from the panel. Accepted authors are held to a registration deadline, and reminded for you.
Posters are uploaded after acceptance, approved, and published to the e-poster gallery.
From the call for abstracts to the poster gallery, without leaving the platform.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Abstract review · Chris places the image
Abstracts, review and e-posters 10 capabilities
Two step submission with reference numbers, oral and poster tracks
Your own submission form, your own opening and closing dates
Reviewer accounts limited to one event and nothing else
Blind scoring against your criteria, with ranking
Accept and reject letters sent from the panel, in bulk, not from an inbox
Accepted authors held to a registration deadline, with reminders
The poster file uploaded after acceptance, approved, then published
An e-poster gallery in your categories, sorted your way
Full export for the program committee
The whole module switched off for events that never run one
MODULE 09
Program and speakers
The program changed again on Thursday, and the printed one is already wrong.
How you get there
You build the sessions, tracks and speakers in the panel, and the pages write themselves. No code, no agency, no waiting.
Every change is live the moment you save it, so the site is never behind the committee.
After the event the slides, recordings and materials go up on the same pages.
The most-visited page of your conference, edited by the people who actually decide it.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Program builder · Chris places the image
Program and speakers 3 capabilities
Sessions, tracks and speakers, uncapped
Program, Speakers and Documents pages built with no code
Recordings, slides and materials published afterwards
MODULE 10
Hybrid and virtual
Online delegates are the half of the room nobody can count, and the joining link is one forward away from being free.
How you get there
You sell in-person and virtual tiers apart. Zoom sessions open from the event page, and access follows the category the delegate bought.
Watch time is recorded per session, per delegate. Nobody joins on a forwarded link.
Recordings, slides and materials go up afterwards. The Zoom account is yours, the connection is ours, included.
Your online audience is paid for, admitted and measured.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Zoom sessions · Chris places the image
In the panel 8 capabilities
Zoom sessions joined from the event page, without leaving the site
Zoom connection included, Zoom account yours
Separate in-person and virtual registration tiers, priced apart
Access follows the category the delegate bought, not a link that gets forwarded
Virtual capacity is your own Zoom plan, never a ceiling we set
Add to calendar in one click
Watch time recorded per session, per delegate
Recordings, slides and materials published afterwards
MODULE 11
Certificates and credits
The certificate chase starts the Monday after. And the delegate who lost last year's is asking you for it again.
How you get there
You set the credits per registration category, per event, with your accreditation statement.
Attendance comes from Zoom watch time, or from the list you approve and upload. No scanners, no badge hardware.
The certificate issues to the delegate's account and the credits sit on their profile, across every edition.
Your delegates keep their own record of learning. You stop being its filing cabinet.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Certificates · Chris places the image
In the panel 7 capabilities
Attendance certificates issued to the delegate's account
Attendance taken from Zoom watch time, or from your approved list, uploaded
No scanners, no badge hardware, no queue at the door
Credits set per registration category, per event
Your accreditation statement, credit type and hours printed on the certificate
A cumulative credit history on every delegate profile, across every edition
A statement PDF in your branding
Said plainly. We issue the certificate and display the credits. Whether the activity is accredited is your accrediting body's decision, not ours, and we do not report to ACCME or PARS.
MODULE 12
Event site and panel
Same conference, new year, and the website starts from a blank page again. And the number you need is in eight places, one of them a colleague's inbox.
How you get there
You run last year again, edit the dates, and the new edition exists. Every event page, twelve home sections, no code.
Nothing shows until you say. You preview the whole event before a single person can see it.
Bookings, revenue and this week's chart are on the dashboard the moment you log in. Every list exports.
The site is finished the week you decide to run the event. One screen answers the question, whoever is asking it.
IMAGE SLOT · panel screenshot · Dashboard · Chris places the image
The event site 9 capabilities
Every event page built with no code: Home, Program, Speakers, Travel and venue, Documents, Contact, E-posters, Legal
Twelve home sections you switch on and order
Highlights, about, program outline, venue, speakers, organizers, sponsors, abstracts, FAQs
Empty, draft or published on every page and every section, and nothing shows until you say
Preview the whole event before a single person can see it
Countdown, venue and hotel detail, visa and travel answers, so they stop arriving by email
A documents library and per-event legal pages
Our page templates cover the whole event. Need more? We add more
Run last year's event again as your starting point
Your panel 8 capabilities
A live dashboard: bookings, revenue, customers, this week's chart, the last bookings in
Registrations, payments, abstracts and sponsorship in one place, filtered per event
Not sure which half you need? That is exactly what the call is for. We will tell you which parts of your event the software carries and which parts still want a person. Talk to the team →
How you hold it
Run one event with us. Or run every event yourself.
The software is identical either way. What changes is who drives it.
Unlimited license
Your platform. As many events as you run.
One address, one license, no ceiling on how many events you put on it. Your own team creates the event, builds it and publishes it, on the afternoon you decide to run it. No ticket to us. No waiting on our build queue.
Want us to load a particular conference for you? Add a service level to that one event and leave the rest to your team.
Single event license
One conference. As much help as you want.
Take the platform for a single event and choose how much we carry. We build it and hand you the keys, we build it and load every word of your content, or we build it, load it and run the registration desk with you.
No commitment past the event. Come back for the next one, or take the unlimited license when you are running enough of them.
Not a demo. This platform runs tifeducation.org, the education portal of Thalassaemia International Federation, every event since 2009. Walk it the way a delegate would.
Yours on every white label level: your domain, your SSL, your colors and your logo, and your delegates never see our name. The one exception is On eventblu, where an event runs on our address by choice and at its own price.
Yes. Every paid site is a multi-event site. On the unlimited license your own team creates as many events as you run, without coming back to us.
On your website, yes, as many as you want, yourself. Every event comes with its full page set. If your conference needs a page the set does not cover, we build it to your requirement.
In your account. Stripe is included, so you sell from day one with nothing to set up. Want your own gateway instead? Use it. We do not lock you to one provider.
Yes, and you set them per event. A fixed fee, a percentage fee or both, a discount by percentage or amount, and your tax percentage applied at the end. The same rules run on tickets, rooms and packages.
Yes. You bring the Zoom account. We bring the connection to it, included.
Yes, and you build it yourself. Registration, room, nights and fees composed in the panel, priced live as you compose it.
Yes. Abstracts and sponsorship are switched on or off per event. A federation that never runs a call for abstracts never sees one.
The certificate carries your accreditation statement, your credit type and the hours, issued from your approved attendance list or from Zoom watch time. Whether the activity is accredited is your accrediting body's decision. We do not report to ACCME or PARS.
Every list exports: registrations, payments, abstracts, sponsorship, analytics, and a rooming list. It is your data and it leaves whenever you want it.
Yes, a micro event: one page plus registration, up to 50 delegates, one event day, free registration only. It is the one reduced shape in the product, so there is no payment gateway, no hybrid, no abstracts, no sponsors and no certificates on it. Micro events are not sold on their own; they run on a hub you already have, or on an eventblu address. The rates are on the pricing page.
Walk it first. Then talk to us.
Twenty places in each lane. When a lane fills, that lane goes to the standard rates.
Bring the requirements list to the call. Fifteen minutes, line by line, and a straight answer on fit.
