Micro events are not sold on their own. They run on a hub you already have, whether that came with an event you bought or with the unlimited license. Without a hub, a micro event runs on an eventblu address, priced on the On eventblu tab. The rate is the same either way.

The five terms that govern every price
1Main and added eventsYour largest event of the year is your main event, whatever its date. Every other event that year is an added event and costs less. Add a bigger one later and it simply re-prices; you pay only the difference.
2Your first yearAn introductory price. For Key Ready and Full Support it is the founding rate while 20 places last. The standing rate is printed right beside it, so you see both before you buy.
3Your renewal, lockedYou renew at the renewal rate printed when you buy or last renewed. If our rates rise, you keep the printed rate for that renewal. If they drop, you renew at the drop.
4Your bandFlat fee inside your band whatever the final headcount. No per registrant fee, ever. Outgrow the band, pay only the difference. Over 1,000 delegates, talk to us.
5Payment and platformInvoiced upfront, excl. applicable taxes. Every price carries 12 months of platform from that event. Founding rates are one time launch places, not rates you renew at.

A different market, not a discount. On eventblu is for organizations that do not need a site of their own: first time organizers, internal and regional meetings, and departments that run one event a year. Your event lives on an eventblu address, under our branding, and it is built and run by the same team.

Micro is a different shape of event. One page plus registration, up to 50 delegates, one event day, free registration only. No payment gateway, no hybrid, no abstracts, no sponsors, no certificates. It is the one way to run a micro event without already having a hub, and it costs the same as a micro event on a hub of your own.

One fee, onceThere is no first year and renewal on this tab, and nothing to keep between events. A year with nothing running costs nothing.
Every feature, minus two thingsOn Small and Medium everything is switched on, and what you do not get is your own domain and your own branding. Micro is the exception, and its limits are printed above.
Up to 500 delegatesAbove that, a congress belongs on its own domain. Hybrid adds 20%. Crew is unchanged and never discounted.

What the license includes

The platform on your domain, your branding, SSL, the hub, and every feature. Event websites, program, speakers, registration with delegate accounts, unlimited registration categories, tiers, packages and caps, paid ticketing settled to your account, abstracts and e-posters, sponsor package pages, sponsored attendance applications, certificates and credits, documents library, travel, visa and venue pages, Zoom hybrid, virtual exhibitions, post event resources, statistics, GDPR pages. Technical support and the admin panel. The first build is inside the license.

What is not included

Our work on your events. Setup, Key Ready, Full Support and crew are quoted per event, for work actually done. Setup on the license means we build that event for you; self-managing costs nothing extra.

You only pay us for what you actually hand over.

One license, one address. Agencies and organizers may buy a license for the events they run.

The questions everyone asks before they buy.

We band your event on the registrations you expect. Outgrow your band and you move up a band and pay only the difference. There is never a per registrant fee, whatever your final headcount.
It is an introductory price, and the renewal price is printed right next to it. That printed renewal is the most you will pay at your next renewal: if our rates rise, you keep the lower printed rate, and if they drop, you renew at the drop. It is in your contract, one year at a time.
Your main event is your largest event of the year, whatever the date it runs. Every other event you run that year is an added event and costs less. Add a bigger one later and it simply re-prices, and you pay only the difference.
Yes. The Zoom account is yours. The connection to it is ours and it is included.
Crew is a person watching your live stream and your virtual attendees, priced per person, per streamed room, per day. On hybrid it is required, one streamed room at a time.
Yes. The level is chosen per event, so you can take Full Support for your conference and Self-managed for a workshop in the same year.
Invoiced upfront, excluding applicable taxes. There is no self serve checkout. We agree the event list, the band and the inclusions in writing first.
No. On the white label tabs your event price carries 12 months of platform from that event, and another event inside that window resets the clock. If a whole year passes with no event, the hub is kept live for $80 a month, rolling, which keeps the software maintained, not your content edited. On eventblu has no platform term at all: one event, one fee, nothing running between events. On the unlimited license the fee is annual and the events inside it cost nothing.
Your hub archives. It goes offline, your data is kept and it is restorable. Come back and we restore the archive at no charge; your returning event is priced at the standing rate. On eventblu has no hub to archive, because nothing is running between events.

Prices, rates, bands, inclusions and availability may be corrected, changed or withdrawn at any time and without prior notice, and nothing on this page is an offer capable of acceptance.
